An artificial intelligence-driven nuclear holocaust has wreaked havoc on the earth in Ashfall, a post-apocalyptic MMORPG. In order to save the planet, players must escape the vault and locate something known as the Core of Creation. The only thing we do know about the plot so far is that players will assume the role of a wanderer tasked with carrying out the necessary activities to save the cosmos. Additionally, the creators incorporated creatures from Chinese folklore, created damaged structures from the culture, and combined Eastern and Western backgrounds by discovering a chemistry between them. However, it will take some time before we can tell whether or not this concept will be well-received by the gaming industry. The developers are yet to let out more information about the release of Ashfall to console platforms, but it seems like the answer is going to be a NO.
