The most current generation of video game consoles is the PlayStation 5 from Sony Interactive Entertainment. It was released about 6 years after the PS4’s debut, and since it still supports backward compatibility, you can play both brand-new PlayStation games and lots of classic ones!
You already know that in order to play games on the PS5, you must either buy the desired game’s physical disc or download it from the PlayStation Store. Nowadays, many users prefer to only purchase video games in digital form and why not? Digital games excel in almost every category over traditional ones. They are more environmentally friendly, offer bigger savings, are permanently linked to your account, make switching between games easier, and you never have to worry about running out of stock. Now, there are two ways to purchase digital games through the Playstation Store: either directly with your credit/debit card or account funds, or with redeemable “Gift cards“. These gift cards are available both physically from your nearby PlayStation outlet and digitally from a variety of e-commerce websites including Amazon. And today, we’re going to explain how to use your PC to redeem these gift cards for the PS5. Continue reading.
