Step 1: Join a party chat on your PS5.
Step 2: Head over to the App Store on your iPhone or Play Store on your Android phone and install the “Playstation App” on your mobile device.
Step 3: Sign in the app using your PSN account credentials and scroll down to see the party chat that you joined on your console under the “Game Base” heading.
Step 4: As soon as the party chat is opened on your mobile device, click on the “headset” icon on your top-right and then click on “Join“.
Now, you’ll be able to see two accounts in the party chat on your mobile device. One will be the mobile and the other will be the console.
