How to change the background on a PS5 profile?
Below are the steps that you need to follow in order to do the same:
Step 1: From the “Home screen” of your PS5, click on the “Profile” icon on the top right corner of your screen and click on the “Profile” option from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Click on the “Edit profile” icon on the top right corner of your screen and scroll on down to “Cover image“. By this method, you’ll only be able to choose from a few images to set as the cover image. If you want to set a custom cover image, continue reading.
Step 3: Press the “Playstation button“, navigate over to “Game Base” and scroll down to “Messages“. Type in any chat “Google.com” and then head over to “Google Images“. Find a background image of your choice, open it, and then take a screenshot of it on your PS. Hold down the “Share” button, select the image that you just took, and click on the edit icon. Crop out the portion that’s unnecessary and you’ll have your perfect photo.
Step 4: Repeat Step 2 again after closing all the tabs, and you’ll be able to see the photo that you just took and edited. You will now be able to set this photo as the “cover image“.
