If you’re a die-hard Call of Duty gamer, you undoubtedly already know that you can change your Field of View (FOV) in the majority of the series’ games and with certain accessories. Having a proper field of view is more crucial than ever in Modern Warfare 2, as the FOV setting is available on all platforms. Unknown to many gamers, FOV is a crucial setting that you just can’t play without. Your perspective within the game will be defined by the configuration in terms of height and width, and it will allow you to concentrate on what’s in front of you or notice what’s happening to your sides by allowing you to widen or narrow your entire vision. A properly adjusted FOV can give you the chance to see other players sneak up on you and react in time. However, a poor field of view will keep you from noticing an approaching opponent.
