Below are the steps that you need to follow in order to turn off the haptic feedback setting on your PS5 controller:
Step 1: Get to the “Home screen” of MW 2, press the “Options” button on your controller, and tab over to the “Settings” menu.
Step 2: Click on “Controller” and scroll on down till you reach “Controller Vibrations.” Make sure to turn this feature off. Also, get down to the “Trigger effect” option just below it and change that option to either completely “Off” or to “Weapon fire threshold” according to your preference.
Step 3: Now, get to the home screen of your PS5. Click on the “Settings” icon on the top right corner of your screen and scroll on down to “Accessories.” Select “Controller (General)” and set the “Vibration Intensity” option to either “Off,” “Weak,” or “Medium” according to your preference. Do the same with the “Trigger Effect Intensity” option below it.
