Apex legends is a free to play battle-royale shooting game developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by EA. The game was released back in February 2019 and has been gaining popularity since then. The game had been initially released for PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4 and then after a few years it was made available to play on Mobile also.
Today, we’re going to clear up one of the major issues that gamers face while starting the game which is “infinite loading screen”. This loading screen glitch is quite an annoying yet common issue that gamers face on almost all platforms whether it’s a PC, PS4 or Xbox. 1. Game servers being down
Before going into anything else, it’s best to check that if the issue is on your end or are the game server’s down. This is one the issues which rather go unnoticed. 2. Restarting the game or your PC/Console
We know it’s something obvious but still sometimes doing the simple things can fix the things for you. This can help get rid of minor glitches or bugs if present at that time. 4. Checking the physical files of game
If you’re on a PC, head over to Steam, open your gaming library, click on “Apex legends“. From there, click on “Properties” and then navigate to “Local Files”. Lastly, click on “Verify Integrity of Game Files”. If everything seems good, open your game again and check. If you’re on PS/XBOX, consoles do this thing automatically and you can only reinstall the game to troubleshoot issues, if any. If you’re using Origin: You need to head over to “My game library” option, then right click on “Apex Legends“, and select “Repair Game“. The application will check for issues in the game as well as on your disk and may take anywhere from 10-60 minutes to complete.
5. Running the compatibility program(PC)
Before starting the game, right click on Apex Legends Game and select “Properties”. Under compatibility tab, click on “Run this program in compatibility for” and then finally choose “Windows 7”. This is one the rare issues but you should definitely try it out.
6. Try disabling your Firewall.
Click on start and then open “Firewall and network protection”. You’ll see an option reading “Allow an app through firewall”. Now, click on change settings and then tick on both public and private for Apex Legends.
