The first-person horror stealth game, Gloomwood, is now out on Steam. Watch the trailer below if you haven’t already!
Gloomwood is a recommended stop if you’re looking for a classic and spooky encounter. The game will keep you glued to your seat despite the fact that it may have been influenced by archaic ideas. In a game that is modelled after the classic stealth-action game “Thief,” you take on the role of a Victorian city dweller who has been imprisoned by an ancient imprecation. You’ll need to use your skills and intelligence in order to survive. You’ll be able to equip a wide range of weapons from the arsenal, which includes a break-action shotgun, a cane sword, a harpoon gun, and many more. Be on the lookout at all times since Gloomwood, like its inspiration, uses a stealth and sound system that monitors your light visibility and disperses sound across the landscape. The game was released on Steam on September 5th, 2022 and is currently in the “Early Access” phase. You can grab it for a 10% discount on the Steam Store till September 19th.
As the game is currently on Early Access, it may not feature all maps, weapons, and features, but it will once it is finally released as a full version. Many of you must be wondering whether this spectacular game will ever make its way to other platforms like PS and Xbox. We’re going to answer all your questions regarding this. Keep reading!
When will Gloomwood be available to play on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch?
As of right now, developer New Blood Interactive has confirmed that they do intend to release the game for consoles and will provide an update on the same after some time. We may anticipate the game’s arrival on consoles in the near future, perhaps after winning the hearts of PC players. Whatever it is, we promise to keep you informed as soon as a date is set.
Till then, thanks for reading. Stay tuned.
